on 10/16/2008 The easiest shrimp sauce is simply have 1 cup of Hunts Ketchup with 3Tablespoons of excellent Horesradish sauce and season it with a dash of ground white pepper and a optional 1/4 to 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning. Cajun is for the Southern pallet or the taste of spice. If you really want a bite of spice, you can add a few drops of Hot Sauce or a spritz of wasabi; But be careful to only add the last two seasonings to your individual serving as it will be much to potent for most pallets. Have fun and enjoy your shrimp and special sauce. Note that children will most likely only appreciate ketchup with maybe a pinch of Horseradish stirred up well. Enjoy! Leean Palmer
