Check to ensure that the wireless receiver is plugged into your computer. Press the "Connect" button on the bottom of the receiver to attempt reconnecting your mouse and keyboard to the computer. If your mouse and keyboard use Bluetooth, ensure that your computer's Bluetooth is active and detects the mouse and keyboard.

Check to see if the keyboard and mouse are turned on. If the power indicator lights on the keyboard and mouse are not green, press the "Power" button to turn the keyboard and mouse on.

Step 3

Check the batteries of the mouse and keyboard. If the batteries are dead, replace them with fresh batteries and reconnect the mouse and keyboard to the computer by pressing the "Connect" button on the bottom of the wireless receiver attached to the computer. If your mouse and keyboard use rechargeable batteries, let the batteries recharge before using the device again.

Step 4

Uninstall and reinstall your wireless keyboard and mouse drivers. Sometimes, the Logitech drivers are at fault for a bad connection. Use the Control Panel to uninstall the old drivers, then visit the Logitech website and install the latest drivers for your keyboard and mouse.

Search the Logitech Support Database. If your keyboard and mouse are still failing to function properly, visit the Logitech Support website and browse the support page for your product for specific solutions.
