How to Go to the Inventory to Unpack a Sniper Rifle in "Hitman 2" for the PC
The "Hitman" video game franchise drops the players into the shoes of assassin Agent 47. With a variety of weapons at his disposal, including falling pianos and golf clubs, Agent 47 is as versatile as he is professional. One of his classic assassination tools is the sniper rifle. However, unpacking the sniper rifle in "Hitman 2" can be a problem because of the combination of keys that must be pressed simultaneously to perform the action. The instruction booklet is silent on the issue, forcing players to discover the combination through trial and error.

Position Agent 47 in a relatively open area.

Hold down the right button on the mouse to open the inventory.

Move the on-screen pointer to the sniper rifle icon.

Click the left button on the mouse, and then release both mouse buttons to unpack the sniper rifle. After a short animation, the sniper rifle will be available for usage.

Tips & Warnings
Unpack the sniper rifle in optimal sniping locations, such as rooftops and bell towers. If you unpack the rifle before you reach these areas, you will need to carry it outside your suit, which ruins any hopes of blending into the crowd.
