1
Poke holes in the bottom of the plastic container with the end of the scissors. The holes will allow water to drain out of the bottom of the feeder when it rains, which will keep the food from getting soggy.
-
2
Cut a hole in the bottom of the PVC pipe. You will also need to cut a hole in the top of the pipe if there is not one already.

3
Line up the bottom slot of the PVC pipe with the plastic container. The food will need to flow down the pipe and into the container for the deer to feed on. Once you have the pipe lined up properly, glue it to the container.

4
Tie the feeder firmly to a tree with the rope, then pour corn in the top of it. Tying it to a tree will ensure that deer cannot knock it over. Every week check the feeder to see if it needs to be refilled.
