How to Retrieve Search History From Firefox
It can be difficult to remember every website that you have visited, but retrieving search history in Firefox is quite simple. The history will show every page you have visited for a certain amount of time. The amount of time that Firefox saves will depend on your browser settings.

Tips & Warnings
These instructions were written for Firefox 3.6.8. Older or newer versions of Firefox may require different steps. Update Firefox regularly to assure you have the most recent version.
Adjust how many days Firefox will save your history by clicking "Tools" and selecting "Options" from the drop-down menu. Choose the "Privacy" tab in the options box. In the "Firefox will" drop-down box, choose "Use custom settings for history." Check the box next to "Remember my browsing history for at least..." and enter the number you prefer, such as 90 days.
If you choose "Never Remember History" from the Firefox "Privacy" tab, you will not be able to access any history from the History menu, since it will not be saved by Firefox.
