How to Share a Calendar in Outlook 2000
You can share your Outlook 2000 calendar with family, friends and coworkers. This is a convenient way to share your schedule and to send invitations to meetings and events. You can make your calendar accessible to any Outlook users and set the appropriate permission level for them to view or make changes to the calendar as needed.
