How to Do a System Restore on a Dell Inspiron 1501
All editions of the Windows XP operating system come with Microsoft's System Restore utility pre-installed. The tool periodically takes snapshots of Windows' setup, including installed programs, drivers, hardware settings and registry values. Formally known as restore points, these snapshots can be loaded at a later date if the you need to restore your system to a previously functioning configuration. Once you understand the required steps, using System Restore on your Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop becomes a quick task.
