How to Set Up NetMeeting in Outlook
NetMeeting is a video conferencing client that allows participants to interact with others in the same way they would in an actual conference room. During a meeting, participants can share documents and their desktops with others. NetMeeting users can set up meetings within Microsoft Outlook. You can set up a NetMeeting for a scheduled time or it can be an unscheduled, last-minute meeting.
