Click the "Start" button located on your desktop.

Click on the "Run" shortcut present in the "Start" menu.

Type "regedit" into the run dialog box and press "OK."

Click on the folders located on the left-hand side of the "Registry Editor" to view the individual files contained within. These files will appear on the right-hand side of your screen.
