How do I Download a Previous Kindle Purchase?

The Kindle is a wireless eBook reader created by Amazon, LLC. It has the ability to hold thousands of books, uses an eInk screen, and has free 3G wireless access in more than 100 countries. The Kindle's Whispersync technology, combined with its archive function, allows you to download previous purchases or new purchases.

Instructions

    • 1

      Press the "Menu" button on your Kindle device. A menu pops up.

      Navigate with the four-way toggle switch and select "Sync". The Kindle should automatically find and download your past purchases.

    • 3

      Go to the Kindle's home screen and find archived items if you have previously archived a purchase. To download the purchase again, select the title and press the selection key.
