How to Make Birthverse Bracelets
According to Birthverse.com, a birthverse is a bible verse that relates to the day you were born. There are a total of 366 verses chosen as birthverses from the 66 books of the bible. The verses correlate to the scripture chapter and verse with the numbers of your month and date of birth. The Birthverse.com team chose the verses for each specific birthday, but you can make your own birthverse bracelet based on a verse of scripture that is personal to you.

Select alphanumeric beads to spell out the name of the bible book and verse numbers referenced in your birthverse. You may wish to abbreviate the name of the bible book if there are too many letters. For example, if your birthverse is from the Second Corinthians, you may wish to use "2COR" in the bracelet's design. Alphanumeric beads are available in a variety of materials from online bead retailers or at craft stores.

3
Arrange the birthverse beads in order according to the scripture. The bible book is first, then the chapter and then the verse. Separate each section with spacer beads. Spacer beads can be any similar-sized bead to the alphanumeric beads you chose. The number of spacer beads that you add between the birthverse sections will add to the overall length of the bracelet. Optimally, the birthverse will fit on top of your wrist when you wear the bracelet.

4
Measure your wrist to determine the bracelet's length. Add spacer beads before and after the birthverse as necessary to center the birthverse on your wrist and to add to the optimum length to the bracelet. Your selected clasp will also add length to the bracelet; place one section at each end of the bead design layout.
-
5
Cut a length of satin or another fabric beading cord to the desired length of your birthverse bracelet, adding 1/2 inch.
-
6
Slide a crimp bead followed by one section of clasp over one end of your beading cord. Fold 1/4 inch of the end of the cord around the clasp loop. Slide the crimp bead over the folded cord, to the clasp. Press the crimp bead with crimping pliers.
-
7
Slide the spacer beads and the birthverse beads in order over the open end of the beading cord toward the crimped bead. Slide another crimp bead and the remaining clasp section behind the last spacer bead in the design. Fold the cord over the clasp and through the crimp bead. Press the crimp bead.
