How to Download Motherboard Drivers
The motherboard of a computer system is the large, computer circuit board inside the system's tower. Every piece of internal hardware connects directly to this motherboard, in some shape or form. However, like all other hardware on the computer, you do need a driver for it. This driver instructs the rest of the system how to read and use the installed motherboard. Regardless of whether the motherboard is new or if you just need to update it, the device's driver is available for free through its manufacturing website.
Instructions

1
Launch your Internet browser and navigate to the motherboard's manufacturing website.

2
Choose the "Support" feature, then select either "Downloads" or "Drivers and Downloads" (it is going to vary, depending on the website you are using).
-
-
3
Search your motherboard model number, then select the operating system running on the computer. Click the "Download" link next to the available driver and it downloads directly to the computer.
-
4
Double-click the downloaded driver and the installation wizard appears on the screen. Accept the license agreement (if presented with one), then choose the default setting for the installation name and location. Click "Install" and the driver for the motherboard installs directly onto the computer.
