How to Change PDF to HTML
Portable Document Format (PDF), developed by Adobe Systems, is a convenient file format for document interchanges. PDF retains the original document appearance, including graphics and layout. Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is the format used to create websites. Convert a PDF file to HTML if you need to post information in the file on your website or simply display the PDF file content using a web browser such as Internet Explorer.

With Adobe Acrobat

Click on "Computer" in Windows Start menu to open Windows Explorer.

Find a PDF file on your computer using Windows Explorer.

Double-click on the PDF to open it in Abobe Acrobat.

Select the menu "File" in Adobe and then click on the option "Save As."

Choose "HTML" as a file type, then click on the button "Save" to convert the PDF file to the HTML format.
Using a Website Service

Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer.

Navigate to the PDF conversion website using the link in Resources.

Click the button "Browse" to find a PDF file on your computer.

Click the button "Convert and Download."
