How to Change PDF to HTML

Portable Document Format (PDF), developed by Adobe Systems, is a convenient file format for document interchanges. PDF retains the original document appearance, including graphics and layout. Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is the format used to create websites. Convert a PDF file to HTML if you need to post information in the file on your website or simply display the PDF file content using a web browser such as Internet Explorer.

Instructions

With Adobe Acrobat

1. Click on "Computer" in Windows Start menu to open Windows Explorer.

2. Find a PDF file on your computer using Windows Explorer.

3. Double-click on the PDF to open it in Abobe Acrobat.

4. Select the menu "File" in Adobe and then click on the option "Save As."

5. Choose "HTML" as a file type, then click on the button "Save" to convert the PDF file to the HTML format.

Using a Website Service

1. Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer.

2. Navigate to the PDF conversion website using the link in Resources.

3. Click the button "Browse" to find a PDF file on your computer.

4. Click the button "Convert and Download."

5. Click the button "Download" and then choose "Save" to download the HTML file to your computer.
