How to Send Multiple Messages Without Showing Email Addresses Using Hotmail

When you send a message to multiple recipients, it is considered good etiquette to hide the list of email addresses from other recipients. To help you do this, Windows Live Hotmail allows you to place email addresses in a “BCC” list. BCC stands for blind carbon copy, and using it means that you will be the only one who knows the email addresses of the recipients on your mailing list.

Instructions

    • 1

Log in to your Hotmail account, and click "New."

    • 2

Enter your email address in the "To" field.

    • 3

Click "Show CC & BCC" in the upper right corner of the window.

    • 4

Enter the email addresses in the BCC field. When you have finished composing your message, click "Send." Repeat this process to send multiple emails with hidden email addresses.
