1. Search for grant opportunities that are posted online. With thorough research, you may find foundations or funding sources that support the arts and educational clubs. Grant opportunities on these websites are categorized, making it easier to search for funding that supports the arts.

2. Seek out funds from franchise businesses or nationwide companies which have foundations that support drama clubs or art-related programs. An example of a company that supports the arts is the Target Foundation, and this foundation may offer small grants for a drama club. The Walmart Foundation is another nationwide funding source that may assist a drama club.

3. Search for local, state and federal grants. Local politicians, such as state representatives, senators or congressmen, may have funds set aside to support programs such as a youth drama club. If you know any of these politicians personally, it may be appropriate to ask them directly for potential grant funding. These politicians may post grant opportunities on a website, or they even may request proposals by placing an add in your local newspaper.
