How to Install Outlook 2007 Add-Ins

Although the Microsoft Outlook 2007 email program comes with many features, such as an address book, calendar and task management options, you can install additional features called add-ins to make the program more useful. These add-ins can give you such options as the ability to easily remove duplicate emails, send personal emails to a large list of recipients or use advanced security features.

      Double-click on a downloaded add-in file or insert an add-in installation CD into your computer to launch the installation wizard.

      Select the "Full" installation if prompted.

      Enter the location of your MS Outlook installation at the relevant prompt. You should not need to change this if you installed Outlook to its default location.

      Follow any remaining prompts on the installation wizard to install the add-in.
