How to Link to a Page in a PDF File thumbnail
Use Adobe Acrobat to create a PDF link.

Adobe Acrobat, which is the main software used to create and edit Portable Document Format (PDF) files, allows you to create links in an existing PDF. These links can jump to other documents, websites or a page view in the same document. Acrobat provides a lot of customization for link creation as you can specify what the link should look like, what it does when you click on it and how the page looks when you to jump to it.
