Playing games off of the PSP memory stick used to only be possible through hacking your PSP and installing homebrew applications. With the introduction of the PSN Store for the PSP, games can be downloaded and installed onto the PSP memory stick. This means you can carry multiple games with you on a single memory stick, allowing the PSP to be even more portable.

Instructions

    • 1

      Select the PSN Store icon on the far right side of the PSP main menu. The PSN Store will load.

      Select "Games" from the PSN Store main page and you will be shown a list of games available for download.

      Select a game to see more information on it and to see the price. Select "Add to cart" when you are ready to download the game. Select "Checkout."

    • 4

      Enter in your credit card or PSN Points card information and your game will automatically begin to download and install. Press the "O" button to exit the PSN Store.

      Go into the game section of the PSP main menu and your game will be there. Select it with the "X" button to begin playing.
