How to Add a Playlist Right on the iPod

How to Add a Playlist Right on the iPod thumbnail
You can create playlists directly on your iPod.

All iPod models except for the iPod Shuffle have a feature called on-the-go playlist, which allows users to add playlists to their library without having to go through the iTunes application. You can choose to add any song or other item to your on-the-go playlist and then save it for future use. The process for adding an on-the-go playlist differs for iPods with click wheels and iPods with touch screens.
