How To File Articles of Incorporation in Kentucky
In order to incorporate a business in Kentucky, a company must file articles of incorporation with the state. A company's articles of incorporation contain general information about the corporation such as the name and address of the company. The Kentucky secretary of state provides businesses with fill-in-the-blank articles of incorporation, which eliminates the need for a business to create articles of incorporation from scratch. Kentucky articles of incorporation may be completed with or without legal assistance.
