You can sync your Outlook contacts with an iPod Touch.

The Apple iPod Touch comes with an address book application automatically installed. If you already have your contacts stored in the Microsoft Outlook application, you can set up contact syncing through iTunes. Once the sync options have been configured, iTunes will transfer all of your address book data to the iPod Touch. After that, all changes made to your Outlook contacts will be updated on the iPod Touch during the next sync.
