How to Transfer Music to a Casio G'zOne

Send music to your phone from your email account.

The Casio G'zOne is one in a long line of multimedia devices that have come to dominate the market of cellular phones an device. Because of these multimedia capabilities, the phone can host a variety of music files for playing and using as ringtones. You can transfer music or ringtone files to your phone directly from your computer.

Instructions

1. Go to your email program and open a new blank message.

2. Open the attachment menu and click on the music file you would like to add to your G'zOne. Click "Open."

3. Enter the email address for your phone's text message box. Use your phone's ten-digit wireless number plus the provider's email address (see "References" below). As of 2010 the G'zOne is only available through Verizon Wireless. Verizon's address is "vtext.com," so a text to a Verizon phone would appear as: "phone [e-mail]."

4. Click "Send" to send the message to your text inbox with the music attached.
