How to Compress Weekend Days on Outlook Calendar 2007

Microsoft Outlook 2007 offers full email software for individuals and businesses. You can send and receive emails, and Outlook 2007 also has full business contacts and calendar support. Add tasks, appointments and meetings to your calendar so you never forget an important event. When using the calendars at work, you may find that the weekend days just take up space in the "Week" version of the calendar. If you never schedule work or meetings for those days, compress them to make room for the days you use.

    • 1

Open Outlook 2007. Click the "Calendar" button in the sidebar on the left side of the screen to activate the calendar.
