Go to DVDVideoSoft.com (see References) and download a copy of Free Youtube to Mp3 Converter. Install the application.

Go to the video on YouTube that you want to convert to an MP3. Copy the URL from the description. You can also copy the URL form the address bar on your Internet browser.

Open the Free YouTube to Mp3 Converter application. You will see a box for files to be converted. Paste the video URL into that box. Click "Download" from the bottom-right corner of the user interface to begin the downloading process. Now the YouTube video will be converted to an MP3, and stored in the "DVD Soft" folder on your hard drive.
