How to Disable Stationery in Outlook 2007

When you are sending an email with the Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 task manager application, you can choose to add the themes and stationery to your messages. Outlook 2007 allows you to choose from pre-designed stationery, which applies specific borders and formatting changes to your email. If you no long want the stationery that you use to appear in your emails, you can disable the stationery at any time.

      Open the Microsoft Outlook 2007 application on your computer. Click on the "File" option from the top toolbar menu.

      Click on the "Options" button and the Options dialog box will then appear on the screen. Click on the "Mail Format" tab.

      Click on the "Stationery and Fonts" option. Click on the "Personal stationery" tab and then click on the "Theme" option.

      Click on the "No theme" option below the "Choose a theme" heading and then click on the "OK" button.

      Click on the "OK" button two more times to close out of the rest of the dialog boxes and the stationery will be disabled.
