How to Connect a PC TV Tuner to a TV
A PC TV tuner is a card installed in a computer system that enables the computer to receive and display television programming. Although you can connect a cable, satellite or antenna receiver directly to a PC TV tuner, you can hook up a television directly to the tuner as an alternative. This allows you to watch the same programming as on the TV. It is also helpful if you don't have an extra receiver available and you don't want to purchase or pay an installation fee for additional hardware.

1
Connect one end of the coaxial cable into the "Out" port on the back of the television by securely hand-threading it for complete contact within the port.
-
2
Connect the other end of the cable to the "In" port on the PC TV tuner card, again making sure the cable is screwed on completely.
-
-
3
Turn on the television and launch the viewing software installed on the computer (it came with the TV tuner card). The computer monitor now displays the video content of the television and, whenever you change the TV channel, it also changes on the computer monitor.
