How to Sync Google Calendar for Windows
Google Calendar provides access to your calendar through a web interface, making it available from any computer with Internet access. This can be convenient if you use different computers or travel but you may prefer to use the outlook calendar client when on your home computer. Fortunately, Google offers a calendar syncing utility that will automatically sync your Google and Outlook calendars.
Instructions

1
Download the Google Calendar Sync installer from Google.com. Save the file to your hard drive.
-
2
Double click the installer to begin the installation wizard. If you are prompted about whether you are sure you want to run the installer click "OK."
-
-
3
Agree to the terms of service and go through the installation wizard. A set-up window will appear once the utility is successfully installed.
-
4
Enter your Google e-mail address and password in the appropriate spaces. Click the radio button for "2-way" to sync the events from both calendars.
-
5
Enter how often you want the calendars to sync, in minutes, in the text box next to "sync every." The smallest duration allowed is 10 minutes. Syncing more often will use more system resources and bandwidth. Consider how often you add events and how often you switch from using Outlook Calendar to a computer where you Google Calendar. You may only need to sync a few times a day.
-
6
Click the "save" button, to save your changes and close the setting dialogue window. The utility will now begin syncing your calendar.
