How to Find Email Server Information
When you receive an email from someone, you can find the sender's information by clicking on the email itself. Here, you will find the sender's email address, the heading of the email, the date it was sent and the actual name of the sender. However, you will not be provided the technical details regarding the email server information. Microsoft Outlook offer special features so you can find the email server information from incoming emails in a few mouse-clicks.

Open your Microsoft Outlook email account.

Click on the "Inbox" as if you were to check for new emails. If you are unsure of how to do this, click on the "Inbox" folder on the left-hand side of the Microsoft Outlook window.

Choose the email you want to check the service information for. Double-click on it so it opens in a separate window.

Locate the "View" button at the top of the message window. Click on it and select "Options." This will open another window.

Find the "Internet Headers" by scrolling down. View the details regarding this particular email's message, service information and sender's address.

Repeat steps 3 to 5 to find the email server information on other emails.
