How to Print With Notes in Powerpoint
Every version of PowerPoint has a comments or notes box under each slide. Comments are like sticky notes where you can type any text. This is helpful to communicate with your PowerPoint operator or anyone who is reviewing or approving the slides before the presentation. You can also insert a reminder for yourself or information you need mention during your slide show. These notes can be printed out if a hard copy is needed to read during the presentation.

Open the presentation with the notes you wish to print.

Select "Print" from the menu.

Scroll down to the "Notes Pages" in the "Print What" box in the lower-left corner of the the print dialog window.

Click on the box next to "Print hidden slides" on the right side of the window. Then click "OK."

Tips & Warnings
If your presentation does not have any notes, the "Print hidden slides" box is not available.
