How to Print With Notes in Powerpoint thumbnail
Hard copies of your PowerPoint notes can be helpful during your presentation.

Every version of PowerPoint has a comments or notes box under each slide. Comments are like sticky notes where you can type any text. This is helpful to communicate with your PowerPoint operator or anyone who is reviewing or approving the slides before the presentation. You can also insert a reminder for yourself or information you need mention during your slide show. These notes can be printed out if a hard copy is needed to read during the presentation.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the presentation with the notes you wish to print.

    • 2

      Select "Print" from the menu.
