How to Create Web Presentations

Create presentations online using Prezentit's web-based presentation utility. Prezentit's utility starts you off with a three example slides. From there, you can begin editing the text, graphics and video in your presentation, or you can add more slide. The utility's "Transition" button features several categories of transition effects that you can use between your slides, such as "Slide & Zoom" and "Train." And, with a free Prezentit account, you can download, save, email, or share your presentation online.

Sign up for a free Empressr account to create your own web presentations. With a free Empressr membership, you can upload your own graphics and add custom text to build a Flash presentation from scratch, or your can upload any existing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations you may have and edit them from Empressr. The utility also features a media library and a search engine, so you can find the right image to complete your presentations. And, when you finish your presentation, you save it on the site's servers or embed them into pages on social networking sites.

Create a web presentation using Google Docs' presentation feature. Just click on the "Create New" option on the Google Docs page, and select the "Presentation" option from the drop-down menu that appears. Once in presentation mode, you can upload graphics, add text and draw shapes and pictures with the "Drawing" option ("Insert" > "Drawing"). The full-featured text formatting menu lets you do everything from arrange your text into bullet points to add hyperlinks to the text. And, as far as distribution, you can save, print or share your finished presentation.
