How to Print Different Labels on One Sheet of Label Paper
Printing different labels on one sheet of label paper is very easy to do using Microsoft Word. Learning the simple method for doing this is much quicker, easier and less wasteful than printing different labels on individual sheets of label paper. The method also allows you to choose which particular label on the sheet you want to print on. This means you can use up sheets of labels that have already been used, rather than using a brand new sheet every time.
Instructions

1
Open a new blank document in Microsoft Word.
-
2
Click on “Tools,” then “Letters and Mailings,” then “Envelopes and Labels.” A box titled “Envelopes and Labels” should appear in the window.
-
-
3
Click on the “Labels” tab at the top of this box. Click on the “Options” button on the right-hand side of the box and select an appropriate product number from the list of label types. Most sheets of label paper indicate a product number along the upper or lower margin. Click “OK.”
-
4
Click on the “New Document” button in the Envelopes and Labels box. A new document will appear. The page has guidelines indicating the outlines for the individual labels corresponding with the blank labels on your sheet of label paper.
-
5
Click in the middle of the top left label, or whichever label on the page you want to create first. Type the text you want on this label. Change the font, size and alignment of the text and make any other style changes to the text.
-
6
Click in the middle of the next blank label that you want to create, add different text and edit it however you wish.
-
7
Continue in this manner until you have made all the different labels that you need. Save the document, and print it onto your sheet of label paper.

Tips & Warnings
If you are not sure whether you have selected the right size of label for the document, print a test page on regular printer paper and hold it over your blank sheet of labels to see if the outlines match up. Only print onto the label paper when you are sure the size is correct to avoid wasting labels.
