How to Unlock a Task Bar

The taskbar generally refers to the toolbar on the bottom of your computer screen. It contains the Start menu, shortcuts to programs and applications, and system tools such as power options and the clock. When the taskbar is locked, you are unable to customize it by adding new icons and toolbars. Nor can you adjust its size or hide inactive icons. Unlock the taskbar and make the changes you want in minutes.
