It's simple to restock your printing calculator with paper.

A printing calculator keeps a printed record of every digit you type in--a helpful feature for keeping track of every action that produced your mathematical solution. The amount of paper one of these machines goes through can really add up. As with every kind of printing machine, a fresh supply of paper needs to be periodically inputted.

Instructions

    • 1

Remove the plastic core of the spent paper roll. Pull aside one of the outstretched plastic arms that extend from the printing calculator. The roll will slide off instantly.

    • 2

Slide the replacement roll over the knobs of the plastic arms, again pulling one arm aside. Snap the arms in place around the opening of the cylinder-shaped roll core. Get the paper started by pulling away the sticky part. Pull it away from the roll in an underhanded fashion.

    • 3

Lift up the plastic flap on top of your printing calculator to remove it. This reveals the rollers needed to thread the paper through.

    • 4

Thread the replacement paper between the two rollers on the bottom. Ultimately the paper will feed through the remaining rollers on its way up. The paper will finally appear through the top of your calculator.

    • 5

Snap the plastic lid back into place and tear the paper along the edger. Begin typing and the paper will automatically feed up along the rollers.
