How to Backup the Microsoft Works Calendar
You can backup the information in your Microsoft Works Calendar in various formats. If you would like to create a backup to prevent accidental erasure of data, the vCalendar format works best, as you can view the backed-up information in your Works application. Backups saved in the tab delimited format are ideal if you will likely use a spreadsheet to access the data. On the other hand, if you back up the information as a HTML file, you will later be able to open your calendar as a Web page in a browser.
