Web pages need to be easy to find by web search engines so that people can find them quickly and simply. Unfortunately, many websites never get discovered by the public because their creators have not mastered the rules to being easily found. To make sure this never happens to your website, follow these simple rules to keep your web visible.

1. Make sure the title headers on your pages are clear, concise, and easily searchable. Make sure titles are interesting enough to draw a reader's attention and that they reflect the body of the page well.

2. Incorporate the title of the page as many times as possible into the body of the page. Do not cram the title words in to the point that it appears forced and smoothly incorporate them as often as possible to rank higher on search engines.

3. Go directly to the websites of some online search engines and submit your site to them manually to be listed on their search engine. Most search engines don't require this so check the websites of all the search engines you can think of to find out if they require submission.

4. Create solid, valuable content. Content that is valued by others will be linked back to, and back links are an invaluable way to getting high search engine rankings and increased visibility. Your rankings with search engines will go up anytime someone posts a link to your web page on their web page.
