How to Setup Zune Wireless Sync

Connect your Zune to your computer. Plug your Zune music player into your computer or laptop with the USB sync cable that came packaged with your Zune.

Configure the Zune software. Open the Zune software and click on "Settings." Click on "Device" then "Wireless Settings." In the dialog, select "Set Up Wireless Sync."

Connect to your home wireless network. The Zune software will connect to the network that your computer uses to connect to the internet. When the software finds this network, a prompt will open. Click on "Yes" and select "Use This Network." Click on "Finish" to complete the process.

Tips & Warnings
The Zune will automatically sync with your computer when it connected to a power outlet. After about 60 seconds, the Zune will automatically sync with songs and playlist in your computer. It will automatically sync to your computer as long as it is connected to a power outlet, or you press "Cancel" on the Zune music player.
You must be logged into your computer for the Zune to sync properly. The computer needs to be on the same network as the Zune.
No media can be playing while the Zune is attempting to sync with your computer.
