How to Resize Pictures Using Vista
Windows Vista comes with a useful and user-friendly program called "Paint" that works well for performing minor modifications and alterations to digital pictures stored on your computer. One of the features of Paint is the resizing tool, which can be used to resize a picture by percentage (the percentage is based on the size of the original picture). With better cameras and higher resolutions for cameras coming out quite frequently, resizing your pictures to a convenient size is often necessary in order to be able to view them nicely.
