How to Find My Email Address With My MySpace URL

MySpace offers an easy way for users to determine the email address connected to their Myspace accounts.

Many Internet users have multiple email accounts these days. With numerous email accounts, it's easy to forget which email address you need to use to log in to websites you visit. Luckily, many sites supply their users with a way of retrieving their email, and MySpace has done this with a simplified message that requires the user to send a photo.

Things You'll Need

• Digital camera
• Paper
• Pen/pencil

Instructions

1. Write down your MySpace ID or your MySpace vanity profile (your MySpace profile's URL).

2. Snap a clear photo of yourself holding the paper you wrote your information on. Make sure that your entire face is clear and the writing is legible.

3. Open your web browser and go to http://faq.myspace.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/361/~/contact-customer-support. Click on "Contact MySpace" on the left side of the page.

4. Fill in the required fields. Type in a valid email address where you would like to receive the information about your MySpace email in the "Email" field. Click "Your account" in the category drop-down box. Under "Subject" write "Missing MySpace Email," and under "Question" write in your explanation for needing your email address.

5. Click "Attach File" and attach the picture you took of yourself, then click "Next." Check the email address you supplied in the required fields for a message from MySpace with your log-in information.

Tips & Warnings

• Picture must be in color. Your hand must be seen holding the paper. The writing on the piece of paper must be easy to read. Only you can be in the picture.
