Open the "Windows Start" menu and type "inetcpl.cpl" (without quotes) into the "Search" box to launch the "Internet Options" utility. On Windows XP, open the "Run" utility from the "Start" menu and type "inetcpl.cpl" (without quotes) into the "Run" text box.
