How to Link to Other Slides in Microsoft PowerPoint
PowerPoint presentations are useful because they allow you to show data in a more organized and visual way and the multiple ways you can manipulate your slides. For instance, you can link one slide to another within PowerPoint, something that is both simple to do and can help with the presentation of your data.

1
Open your PowerPoint presentation and save the file so you don't lose your work. (Save by selecting "File" > "Save" or hold down "Ctrl" + "S." Type in a file name in the text box and click "Save.")

2
Place more than one slide in your presentation. Find the slide you'd like to use to link to another slide.
-
-
3
View your presentation in Normal View by clicking "View" > "Normal."
-
4
Highlight the text or click the image you would like to use as a link to the other slide. Locate the "Insert" button at the top of the screen. Click "Hyperlink." A dialog box will appear.
-
5
Click "Place in This Document" in the left column. Then select the slide you would like to link to from the list to the right. Click "OK."
-
6
Click "Slide Show" > "From Current Slide." Select the link you just inserted and it will take you to the slide you linked it to. End the presentation and save your file.
