How to Create a Rainbow Logo
A logo for a company or organization should help define the image of the brand. Once the logo is seen by a potential customer or consumer, she should immediately identify the company with the brand or service that is provided by that company. There are various parts to every logo--the imagery, type, coloring and size--which should always be uniform so that the logo is instantly recognizable.

1
Select the colors of your rainbow logo. Think about the colors that are naturally associated with your company or organization. For instance, if a healthcare company's colors are red and white, consider choosing shades of red and white for the rainbow logo associated with that company.
-
2
Determine the shape and size of the rainbow logo. While a rainbow shape is commonly the top half of a circle, you can modify the height of the arch or length of each colored beam.

3
Add the company or organization name to the logo. Most logos will have the company or organization name either embedded in the image or located in front of or alongside the image. Play with the font, size of font and various locations in and around the rainbow until you are happy with the result.
-
4
Save the logo in the logo creation software. Depending on how you would like to use the logo, you may save it in file types such as a tiff, jpeg or pdf. You can then use the file to place the logo on everything from company letterheads to company or organization products.
