GoToMeeting Tutorial
GoToMeeting is a tool created for online conferencing and meetings targeted to business managers. The GoToMeeting software supports conferences of up to 15 people who can connect via internet or telephone. Many businesses have begun to adopt GoToMeeting as their means for conducting meetings among international and cross-country clients to save money on travel costs.

Click on the GoToMeeting icon located on your taskbar at the bottom of the screen. A menu will pop up giving you several options.

Click on "Meet Now..." to create an instant meeting. The GoToMeeting application will launch and begin to load in the instant meeting environment.

Invite other people to your meeting. In the GoToMeeting interface, scroll down to the "Invite Others" section. You can choose to email invitations by clicking "Email Invitation." A new box will pop up where you can input the email addresses of the meeting attendees. Click "Send" to mail the invitations to the email addresses you inputted.

Set the audio options of your meeting. On the GoToMeeting interface, find the "Audio" section. If you wish to have users be able to receive and transmit audio through only a telephone, check only the box labeled "Use Telephone." You can additionally choose to have users connect to the audio meeting through GoToMeeting's voice capabilities through computer speakers and a microphone.

Click on the large "Play" icon in the "Screen Sharing" section of the GoToMeeting menu to share your screen with your meeting attendees. Additionally, you can choose to give your keyboard and/or mouse control to a meeting attendee by clicking the "Give Keyboard & Mouse" icon and selecting the name of the meeting attendee from the dropdown list.

End your meeting by clicking "File > End Meeting" on the top drop down menu on the GoToMeeting interface.
