1
Ensure that your terrazzo tile floor is free of dirt, dust and other debris. Remember that dirt is abrasive and can damage the finish on your tile. Routine cleaning, such as sweeping, of the floor will help eliminate the amount of dirt that remains on your floor.
-
2
Combine 8 oz. of heavy duty floor cleaner with 1 gallon of cold water in a bucket. Pour the cleaner into the bucket and then add the water so that the cleaner will be thoroughly mixed with the water.

-
3
Dampen the mop with the cleaning mixture and mop a small section of the floor until it is clean and shiny. Rinse the mop with cold water, but do not rinse the cleaner from the floor.
-
4
Dip the mop back into the cleaning solution and mop another section of the floor, repeating the process until you have completed the room.
