Backup important files from your account.

Visit the Yahoo! Small Business website, which can be reached directly (see Resources) or from the Yahoo! homepage.

Enter your Yahoo! ID and password. Click "Sign In" to log into your account.

Open the "Business Control Panel" to view a list of your Yahoo! business accounts.

Click the "Cancel Plan" link under the business account that you want to cancel.

Write down the confirmation number for your cancellation and store it in a safe place. You should also receive an email confirming your cancellation.

You can contact Yahoo! by phone at 866-858-8106 to cancel a business account.
If your Yahoo! business account was established prior to September 2003, you must contact Yahoo! by phone to cancel.
After canceling the account, you will no longer be able to access the emails, websites and tools associated with the business account.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel the account at least 24-48 hours prior to your billing date.
