Open uTorrent and click "Options," then "Preferences." Click on "Connection" on the top left-hand side of the screen. Enter "45682" as the port used for incoming connections. Select "Enable UpnP port mapping," "Enable NAT-PMP port mapping" and "Add Windows Firewall extension." Deselect "Randomize port each start up" and make sure "Proxy Server" is set to "None."

Click on "Bandwidth" on the left-hand side of the screen. Type "15" as the maximum upload rate. Type "1890" for the maximum download rate. Type "200" as the global maximum number of connections. Type "2329" as the maximum number of connected peers per torrent. Type "14" as the number of upload slots per torrent. Put a check mark next to the "Use additional upload slots" box.

Click on "BitTorrent" on the left-hand side of the screen. Select "Enable DHT Network," "Enable DHT for new torrents," "Enable Local Peer Discovery," "Ask tracker for scrape information" and "Enable peer exchange." Deselect "Limit local peer bandwidth." Under "Protocol Encryption, select "Enabled" and put a check mark next to "Allow incoming legacy connections."

Click on "Queuing" on the left-hand side of the screen and type "60" for the maximum number of active torrents and "63" for the maximum number of active torrents. Unselect "Seeding tasks have higher priority." Select "Limit the upload rate to" and type "4" into the box; then deselect "Limit the upload rate to" so it turns gray but the "4" is still there. Type "100" into the box next to "Radio is" and type "0" into the box next to "or seeding time is."
