How to Obtain an FFL License
The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution routinely upholds the rights of U.S. citizens to obtain and own firearms. The firearms industry is, however, heavily regulated. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (AFT) governs who may legally sell firearms to the public. Businesses seeking a Federal Firearms License (FFL) must obtain the proper forms from the ATF and apply for the license. These forms are not available on line and can only be procured from the ATF.
