POP3 or IMAP Account Setup

Access the email setup screen. At the home screen, tap "Quick List," then "Email." Tap "Next" on the "Welcome" screen.

Set up the email account. For a POP3 or IMAP account, select "Other Email," then tap "Email Address." Once the keypad opens, enter your email address, select "Next" and then enter the password. After entering the email address and password, select "Done."

Enter a name for the email account. An account name is not necessary, but it makes the account easily identifiable if you have several email addresses on your device. Tap "Next" after entering an account name.

Enter a display name. The display name is what the recipient sees when you send them an email message. You can choose any name that you desire. Tap "Done," then "Next" to save your settings.

At the home screen, select the "Widget Tray," then "Gmail" to access the setup screen for Gmail accounts.

Enter the email address. Tap "Sign In," enter your email address in the "Email" field and then tap "Next."

Tips & Warnings
Settings for your email accounts can be changed by pressing the "Menu" key while you are in your account's inbox. Tap "Account Setting" and choose the setting you wish to change.
Test your email settings by sending an email to yourself. If you are unable to send or receive, check your settings.
