      Turn on your computer.

      Locate the Microsoft Office Outlook icon on your main computer screen, click on the icon and then double-click your mouse. Or, click on the icon, right-click your mouse, and select "Open" from the list of options. If you do not have a Microsoft Office Outlook icon on your main computer screen, proceed to step 3.

      Click on the the "Start" menu button in the bottom left of the screen. Select "All Programs" from the list of options, then select "Microsoft Office." Select "Microsoft Office Outlook" from the list of displayed options. The Outlook Window will be displayed by default after you start Microsoft Office Outlook.
