How to Sync iTunes with One Library
iTunes is a popular media player that is automatically included with Apple computers and available as a free download on Windows computers. iTunes allows users to import and play audio and video tracks from a single application, while keeping files organized. Users are given the option to manually sync their multimedia libraries with the software or to have iTunes automatically import new music and videos.

1
Open the iTunes software.

2
Click "File" and then click "Add File to Library" or click "Add Folder to Library," depending on whether you would like to add an audio or video file, or an entire folder containing your media. Select the file or folder that you would like to import and click "Open" to import the media into iTunes.

3
Allow iTunes to import the files into the library, which may take several minutes or hours, depending on the size of your library. Once finished, all of the music and videos can be accessed through iTunes, and the folder will be in sync with the program.

4
Move your entire media folder to the "Automatically Add to iTunes" folder if you would like the library to be synced each time a file is added or deleted. iTunes will then automatically sync your library with this folder whenever files are added or removed. By default, you can access the folder by opening Windows Explorer and typing "Automatically Add to iTunes" in the top-right search box. Apple users can type the folder name into the Spotlight search box, which can be accessed by clicking the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the screen.
