How to Delete HTTP History
HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) is the first series of letters in every web address you type into your browser's address bar. HTTP history stores the web addresses of the sites you visit. If you don't want other people to see the websites you've visited, you can delete the HTTP history.
Instructions

In Mozilla Firefox

Click "Tools," then click "Options."

Click "Privacy," then click "Clear Now."

Check the "Browsing History" box. Then click "Clear Private Data Now." Your HTTP history will be deleted.
In Internet Explorer

Click "Tools," then click "Internet Options."

Click "Delete" under "Browsing History."

Check the "History" box. Then click "Delete." Your HTTP history will be deleted.
In Opera

Click "File," then click "Preferences."

Click "History."

Click "Clear" next to "Typed In." Your HTTP history will be deleted.
In Safari

Click "History" from the menu bar at the top of the browser.

Click "Clear History."

Click "Yes" in the pop-up that appears on your screen asking if you are sure you want to clear the history. It will then be deleted.

Tips & Warnings
Delete all your history along with your HTTP history by selecting the option to delete all history.
Deleting your HTTP history in this manner deletes your other browsing history as well.
